Day 01: On Arrival meet our representative at the Calicut Airport
/ Railway Station. Transfer to your hotel in Calicut. In the after
noon a visit to Beypore Beach, One of the prominent ports and
fishing harbours iof ancient Kerala was an important trade and
maritme centre and Historic Kappad Beach where Vasco da gama landed
on the 27th of May 1498, with 170 men in Three Vessels. A monument
on the beach commemorates this historic events. Overnight stay
at Calicut.
Day 02: After Breakfast Proceed to Wayanad. This known for its
picturesque mist-clad Hill Stations, sprawling spice plantations,
Luxuriant Foresrts and rich cultural traditions. Check in to your
Hotel by Afternoon. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay at Wayanad.
Day 03: After breakfast you can go for sightseeing to Edakkal
caves. These two caves are located at a height of 100m on Ambukutty
Mala near Ambalavayal. This is only accessible only after a trekking
for over a kilometer. The new stone age pictorial writing on the
walls of these natural caves are evidence of the civilization
that existed here in the pre historic times. Overnight stay at
Wayanad.
Day 04: After breakfast check out from your hotel and proceed
to Cheruthuruthy, is the seat of the Kerala Kalamandalam, famous
the world over for the Kathakali training Center. Check in to
your Resort. Evening at Leisure. Over night stay at Cheruthuruthy.
Day 05: After breakfast check out from your hotel and proceed
to Guruvayoor, which is the most sacred and famous pilgrimage
center in Kerala, visit Sri Krishna temple and 'Punnathur Kotta'
an Elephant Sanctuary. Check in to the hotel. Evening at Leisure.
Overnight stay at Guruvayoor.
Day 06: After breakfast check out from your hotel and proceed
to Kumarakom. On the way visit Athirapally and Vazhachal Waterfalls
and the Birth place of Adi Shankaracharya, the great 'Advaitha'
Philosopher of 8th Century in Kalady. Check in to the hotel at
Kumarakom. Overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 07: Early Morning visit visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. After
Breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Chech in to the Houseboat. Overnight
stay at Houseboat.
Day 08: After Breakfast Check out from your houseboat and proceed
to Cochin. Check in to the hotel. Afternoon, Cochin sightseeing.
Visiting Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace and Jew Town at Mattancherry,
Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing Nets
at Fort Cochin. Evening Shopping. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 09: After Breakfast Check out from your hotel and proceed
to Cochin International Airport/Railway Station. Depart with the
sweet memories of Tour.
